Students wishing to enrol with Pragmatic Training or Associated Entities must ensure to read The Student Handbook.
This Handbook has been developed to provide the Student with an outline of the expectations and responsibilities of all those involved in the Vocational Training process: the student, the trainer and the employer (where applicable).
Students are responsible to advise the Student Services & Privacy Officer at Pragmatic Training by emailing ‘Change of Details Form’ to StudentServices@pt.edu.au , as soon as possible, of:
· any errors in the information Pragmatic Training holds
· any changes to personal details and confirm all alterations to be made to information already held by Pragmatic Training
Pragmatic Training is required to verify the authenticity of the certifications provided for the purpose of Credit Transfer (CT) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Therefore, those wishing to apply for CT and RPL are required to fill out ‘Authority to Verify Certification’ form and hand it to their Career Consultant at the enrolment and/or email it to StudentServices@PT.edu.au
Students requiring replacement of their Certificate or Statement of Attainment will be charged an administration fee of $50.
A Request Form for Replacement of Certificates or Statements of Attainment must be lodged by emailing a complete form to the Finance Department by one of the method provided on the form.
Applicants must complete an ‘Application for Refund’ form and return to the Student Services & Privacy Officer. All information on the form must be completed and signed in order for the request to be processed by Pragmatic Training. A complete form must be sent to StudentServices@pt.edu.au.
